Your Sleepy Strands delivery, one step closer to a good night.
Start with your order-status email
Open your Sleepy Strands order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select the order-status link. When tracking is available, follow the tracking link attached to your shipment for delivery updates.
This is the best place to start because the link is specific to your order. If your order has more than one shipment, check each shipment’s tracking link.
Have your tracking number handy?
Use the carrier shown in your shipping email. These are the carriers used on recent Sleepy Strands shipments:
- Track with USPS
- Track with UPS
- Amazon Logistics: open the Amazon tracking link in your shipping email or order-status page. This takes you to the tracking page for your shipment.
For USPS or UPS, enter your tracking number if prompted. Your shipment’s own tracking link is always the first choice.
Can’t find your tracking details?
Search your inbox and spam folder for Sleepy Strands. Tracking appears once it has been added to your shipment. If you still need help, reply to your order confirmation or shipping email with your order number so we can help you find your delivery.
